Ever since the dawn of social networking sites such as Facebook and Twitter, snooping has been made so much easier. That’s because everyone’s personal life is on a 24-hour broadcast. Many have learned their lessons and have started to limit the things they share with the rest of the world. The others, however, remain to be stubborn and for a lack of better term, stupid. Women have even relied on modern technology to snoop on their men. They test their partners by sending random text messages to the one they love just to see if the guys flirt right back.

Don’t think that technology is completely bad. In fact, a lot of cheaters have been caught because their women were able to read what was written on the wall. However, you also need to allow your gut instincts to make the decision for you. If you’re man is so unwilling to share his life with you, then you definitely need to keep your antenna up. A great relationship requires good and constant communication. If you don’t have that, then you might as well move on. The innuendos should be there if you’re man is truly cheating. There are so many excuses in the book and you also need to chalk up these things to experience. If he doesn’t have time for you, takes calls that you’re not allowed to listen to, or is just plain distant, these are louder warning signs.

Aside from that, you also need to trust in your man. If he shows that he truly cares for you, then there’s no need to test him. You just put yourself in a bad light when you end up being freakishly doubtful about most anything. In fact, your man will know when you don’t trust him and it will be your attitude that drives him away. Online stalking has been the favorite pastime of many women. Even those that are in healthy relationships are guilty of this. Many of them have read too much into simple messages and then they make the wrong assumption that their guy has lost interest in them.

So, know when it’s time to mind your own business because there is also such a thing as privacy. Learn to respect each other’s personal space. If you find yourself snooping still, then it’s time to reevaluate your relationship because there is something truly wrong with the picture. Look into yourself because you also need to just trust in your man. You may have been hurt in the past, but then again, you’re also starting anew with someone else. Just make sure that in whatever you get into, you need to think about yourself first. Know your own worth and see to it that you deserve the best out of life. Your man will see that in you, and if he’s really a good one, then he will appreciate you for who you are. Besides, you’d want him to treat you with the same kind of respect. If you want trust, then you better learn how to give it as well.
