Top tips for perfect looking teeth

Brush at least 2 times each day. When you can, brush after every meal. Brushing removes plaque, a show of bacteria that clings to teeth. When bacteria in plaque touch food, they produce acids. These acids cause cavities. To clean:

Teeth Care Guide - Place a pea-sized dab of fluoride toothpaste around the head of the toothbrush. (Work with a soft toothbrush.)
Place the toothbrush against the teeth with a 45-degree angle towards the gumline.
Move the comb across the teeth using a small circular motion. Continue this motion cleaning one tooth at any given time. Keep your tips of the bristles against the gumline. Avoid pressing so hard the bristles lie flat up against the teeth. (Only the tips from the toothbrush clean tooth.) Allow bristles reach into spaces between teeth.
Brush across the top of the chewing surfaces of the teeth. Ensure the bristles enter into the grooves and crevices.
Use the same small circular motion to completely clean the backside of the lower and upper teeth -- the medial side that faces the tongue.
To clean the inside of the bottom front teeth, angle the head within an up-and-down position toward the bottom inside the mouth and move the toothbrush hometeethwhitening.net - in a circle.
For within the top front teeth, angle the comb in an up-and-down position with all the tip from the head pointing on the roof from the mouth. Move the toothbrush in a tiny circle.
Give your tongue several gentle brush strokes, brushing from the back of your tongue forward. Usually do not scrub. This can help remove bacteria and freshens your breath.
After brushing your teeth for two to a few minutes, rinse your mouth with water.
Replace your toothbrush with a brand new one every three to four months.

Floss teeth once a day. Flossing removes food and plaque between your teeth, where your toothbrush cannot reach. If plaque stays between teeth, it can harden into tartar, which has to be removed by way of a dentist. To floss:

Remove a good 18-inch strip of floss from the dispenser.
Wind the floss around the middle fingers of each and every hand, leaving a 1-inch section open for flossing. Floss the most notable teeth first, then a bottom.
Place the floss within your mouth and use your index fingers to push the floss between your teeth. Take care not to push too much and injure the gums.
Move the floss down and up up against the tooth and up and round the Get a Great Smile - gum line. The floss should form a C-shape across the tooth while you floss.
Floss in between each tooth in addition to behind the rear teeth.
Use a clean area of floss as required and use up used floss by winding it around the fingers.
