Booting Into Safe-Mode
· Reboot your computer

· After the file is finished downloading, close all open windows.
· Double click the icon, mbam.exe, on your desktop.
· Accept the user agreement, and click "yes" or "next" on all of the prompts until the program opens.
Using Malwarebytes
· Make sure the check box for "Perform quick scan" is selected
· Click "Scan"
· A system scan of your operating partition is now being performed. This will scan operating system files, registry entries, user files, (music, documents, and pictures) and user data files. There will be a count, highlighted in red if there is anything infected. Once the scan is completed, it will prompt you.
· Click on "Ok" to continue removing the malware infections
· Click on "Show Results" in the bottom right corner
· Here you will be able to see the name, and location of the infections.
· Click "Remove Selected" in the bottom right corner
· Click "yes" to reboot now to finish with removal of the malware
Congratulations, you have successfully removed malware. You can allow your computer to reboot normally this time, and log in just as you would normally. When windows comes up you will notice that the malware infection has been removed.
