What Is a good investment
Investing or the making of an investment cannot be confined only to the world of economics and finance. While it is true that it's most commonly seem in that frame of reference, it is broader and it is is a a part of every person's life.
Investment, as I prefer to define it, may be the act of putting effort into something now in the hopes of getting coming back later. It can be almost ANYTHING - time is a type of investment. Take fitness, for instance: you put in time in the club now, so you end up with a healthier body and physique later. In this way, as I write during my blog, you're trading time let's focus on additional time later.
You will find hundreds of types of investments. From stocks, bonds, and mutual funds (and all of the kinds in each), to government purchase of military or infrastructure. Their email list is essentially never-ending. However these aren't the type that matter most, though I actually do locate them an essential part of financial security and freedom. Types of investment outside the markets or government often include investing your time in another person, - similar to Multi-Level Marketing (MLM), or the way businesses often use franchises - investing effort and time into cultivating your intellect, or investing money in a toy, movie, book or other item that will provide you with some sort of happiness. A realistic look at the situation is, a large portion of the things we all do are technically investments, and also the roi is just our incentive. And, when i hope we know, incentives drive the planet, and drive 99% of all things you or I do.
So whether it is your ultimate goal to lose 60 pounds this season, or whether you need to start your personal network of multi-level marketers, remember that you are making a good investment. That knowledge alone provides you with an extra incentive to operate hard to achieve your ultimate goal.
On an ending note, look for articles or blog posts later on to understand in detail about each kind of investment. And learn to expect that no matter what, if someone is putting time in to something, they would like to see something out of it. So maybe, just maybe, learn to be a skeptic and never always trust that a friend or co-worker's motivation for helping is totally pure. Because, well, may possibly not be.
