Guar gum is relatively cost effective as to compared to E412 various other thickeners and stabilizers. Guar gum polysaccharide lowers blood glucose and levels of insulin. Guar gum polysaccharides are used for multi purposes including suspending agents, emulsion stabilizers, binding agents and stabilizers. Guar gum polysaccharides for food industries are used along with other gums including binder and stabliziers.
