When dropping from the computer for repair or service we have a 24 hours a day, 7 days weekly pickup and fall off area open to the public. To drop your computer off, simply fill out an invoice and put a copy in the fall off box with the computer. The service will start that day with an update following a next day via phone. If your computer requires hardware otherwise you want to upgrade we are going to call you and show you prices and options. When tasks are complete we will call you and you can arrange pickup or pay over the telephone with a credit card and pickup anytime. If your personal computer was picked up you are able to choose to have it delivered as part of the USD35 pickup fee. If you dropped off your computer and want to have it dropped off and setup the USD35 fee would apply.
